Rules for Vendors

Each “Vendor” subscribing to the Onar Prime Business site agrees to comply with all the rules imposed by the site in such a way as to favor the smooth running of the platform, and also undertakes to respect and protect each user of the site (buyers, vendors)

Moreover:

• The Vendor is required to ship the purchased product within the time prescribed by itself, in case of problems with the shipment it is required to inform the buyer.
• The Vendor is required to comply with all the rules on products that can be sold on Onar Prime, otherwise it will be removed from the platform.
• The seller is required to obtain professional images for his products otherwise his products may be hidden or removed from the site.
• The Vendor is obliged to respect and keep all the data of the customers acquired by the platform, an improper use such as marketing them is absolutely forbidden, therefore it will be eliminated from the platform.
• The Vendor is required to reimburse (the entire amount of the product) within and no later than 14 days from the date of purchase each purchaser who requests a refund.
